1. International Pollution Prevention Certificate for the Carriage of Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk (NLS Certificate)

4. Shipboard Marine Pollution Emergency Plan for Noxious Liquid Substances

V. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1 and 3 above, where applicable, any chemical tanker shall carry: (Chemical Tanker)

VI. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1 and 3 above, where applicable, any gas carrier shall carry: (Gas Tanker)

1. Certificate of Fitness for the Carriage of Liquefied Gases in Bulk, GC Code, section 1.6

Note: The Code is mandatory under chapter VII of S O L AS 1 9 7 4 for gas carriers constructed on or after 1 J u l y 1 9 8 6 .

VII. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1, and 2 or 3 above, where applicable, any high-speed craft shall carry:

1. High-Speed Craft Safety Certificate (SOLAS 1974, regulation X / 3 ; 1994 H S C Code, section 1.8, 2000 H S C Code, section 1.8

2. Permit to Operate High-Speed Craft, 1994 H S C Code, section 1.8 & 2000 H S C Code, section 1.8

VIII. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1, and 2 or 3 above, where applicable, any ship carrying dangerous goods shall carry:

1. Document of compliance with the special requirements for ships carrying dangerous goods, SOLAS 1974, ( 2 0 0 0 amendments), regulation I I – 2 / 1 9 .4

IX. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1, and 2 or 3 above, where applicable, any ship carrying dangerous goods in packaged form shall carry:

1. Dangerous goods manifest or stowage plan, SOLAS 1974, (2002 amendments),

regulations V I I / 4 . 5 and V I I / 7 – 2 ; M A R P O L 73/78, Annex III, regulation 4

X. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1, and 2 or 3 above, where applicable, any ship carrying I N F cargo shall carry:

International Certificate of Fitness for the Carriage of INF Cargo, SOLAS 1974, regulation V I I / 1 6 ; I N F Code (resolution M S C . 8 8 ( 7 1 ) ) , paragraph 1.3

 

XI. In addition to the certificates listed in sections 1, and 2 or 3 above, where applicable, any Nuclear Ship shall carry:

Kulit dimuat berlembar, atau beberapa lembar diikat jadi satu (ikatan), berbentuk segi empat. Kulit yg masih basah (mentah) di padatkan perlembar di dalam palka, dan harus di cegah kontak langsung dgn bagian2 kapal atau logam- logam lainya. Susunan nya harus datar, dgn menggunakan garam di antara setiap lapisan. Pemadatan yg paling baik ialah bagian yg tidak berambut di tutupkan dgn yang tidak berambut sambil menyebarkan garam di antaranya sehingga yg berambut juga akan berhadapan dgn yg berambut.

Kulit yg telah di persiapkan dgn baik sebelum di muat, biasanya dalam ikatan – ikatan yg berbentuk segi empat, dimana bagian yg ada rambut nya terletak di sebelah luar. Kulit dapa di rusak oleh air hujan, air tawar, logam dan lumut.

Karena kulit mengeluarkan bauh yg tajam, maka harus di pisahkan dari jenis – jenis muatan yg pekah terhadap odor dan juga basah udara. Peranginan harus baik dan kayu terapan harus dari bahan yg tidak merusak kulit.
