<p align="justify">Ada beberapa provider di Abudabi dan salah satu yg saya maksud adalah Etisalat. Etisalat ini banyak di minati karena jangkauan signal nya cukup memuaskan bagi kebanyakan pelaut indonesia yg pada akhir nya saya juga ikut memilih kartu ini. </p>
<p align="justify">Namun tujuan saya selain menggunakan sebagai sarana telepon, bisa juga untuk internet, terhubung dgn WhatsApps messanger , sosial media dll. Singkatnya saya paparkan cara mendaftar internet dgn kartu Etisalat untuk handphone nokia, samsung dll yg tidak ada langganan internet blackberry, dan dgn cara ini juga anda bisa buka internet di laptop via smartphone anda sebagai modem dan tanpa kena biaya tambahan lagi seperti pada paket blackberry.</p>

Saya tidak menyebutkan video itu asli atau rekayasa orang lain, terlepas dari motif tertentu saya pribadi menghimbau kepada anda agar waspada terhadap masalah besar yang mungkin terjadi di masa depan oleh sebuah kecorobohan kecil masa lalu. Anda perlu sadari bahwa Handphone, Laptop, dan kamera digital bekas kesayangan anda bisa jadi pembawa petaka apabila anda tidak hati-hati dengan hal – hal sepele dalam kesaharian anda.</p>
<p align="justify">Setiap penyimpadan data elektronik di dalam media penyimpanan seperti Hardisk, memory card HP, Camera digital laptop dan lain – lain walaupun anda sudah hapus bahkan sudah di format sekali pun jangan terseyum dulu bahwa data anda sudah benar2 terhapus lalu laptop atau hp bekas anda di jual.</p>

<p align="justify">Pada kebanyakan operating system elektronik komputer dan handphone, standar format data sebenar nya hanya menghapus alamat dimana lokasi penyimpanan data anda di dalam hardisk.. bukan data yang sebenar nya. Jadi logika nya hardisk ibaratkan sebuah buku, di dalam sebuah buku ada Prakarta, Daftar isi, dan halaman isi tersebut. jadi, yang sering di hapus seperti yang anda lakukan sebenarnya hanyalah daftar isi nya saja&#8230; dan memang betul setelah kita hapus data dan mem-format media penyimpanan kita, computer akan membaca memory kosong 100% itu hanya system nya&#8230; Jadi&#160; bukan halaman isi di mana data kita berada. Truss kalo memang data blm terhapus bagaimana bisa kita isi lagi memory/hardisk tersebut dgn data baru? ya,, data baru akan menimpah data lama.. begitu dan seterus nya..!! memang setelah data yang baru menimpa data lama, maka data yang lama itu tidak lagi sempurnah.. artinya tidak dapat lagi di recovery. Walaupun demikian jgn lah yakin.. anggaplah bahanya itu tetap ada. Maka data yang sekian tahun sekali pun sudah kita hapus bahkan sudah anda lupa dapat di ambil kembali dengan aplikasi recovery. ( kalo yg mau bisa search aplikasi recovery yang terbaik google ).</p>
<p align="justify">Nah karena itu, jagan sekali pernah bugil di depan kamera apalagi camera hp, 90% pasti bisa jatuh ke tangan org lain&#8230;, karena hape sering kali kita ganti apabila bosan atau sudah ada lagi yang keluaran baru maka yang lama kita jual lalu beli yang baru. Bila ini terjadi, pastikan memory card tidak ikut terjual agar mencegah data pribadi anda jatuh ke tangan orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Handphone saat ini sudah mengantikan notes kalo jaman dulu kita suka mencatat hal-hal pribadi nomor telpon, rekening, nomor pin bank, kode2 tertentu atau hal-hal yg penting dan privat… apalagi hp sudah di sertai kamera hampir bisa di bilang sudah menggantikan kamera saku. Oleh karena itu sekali lagi jagan pernah bugil di depan kamera karena anda pikir gambar atau video di hp sudah benar2 terhapus lalu hp bekas anda jual, kalo anda public figure maka bersiap -siap lah bencana bisa terjadi di depan mata.. seperti Video Luna maya dan Ariel Peterpan. Maka waspadalah.., waspadalah.</p>
<p align="justify">Pesan dari bung Arnold bukan ahli IT, hanya lah seorang pelaut yang prihatin dgn kejadian &#8211; kejadian yg sedang hangat saat ini. Smoga anda tetap beruntung.</p>

<p align="justify"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Emergencies</span></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Emergencies can happen at any time, and the officer must be equipped to safeguard passengers and crew. After a collision or a grounding, the officer must be able to take initial action, perform damage assessment and control, and understand the procedures for rescuing persons from the sea, assisting ships in distress, and responding to any emergency which may arise in port.</p>
<p align="justify">The officer must understand distress signals and know the IMO Merchant Ship Search and Rescue Manual.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Cargo handling</span></strong></p>
<p align="justify">The ship&#8217;s officer must be able to oversee the loading, stowage, securing and unloading of cargoes. Requirements include understanding the care of cargo during the voyage.</p>
<p align="justify">Of particular importance is knowledge of the effect of cargo including heavy lifts on the seaworthiness and stability of the ship. The officer must also understand safe handling, stowage and securing of cargoes, including cargoes that are dangerous, hazardous or harmful.</p>
<p align="justify">Controlling ship operations</p>
<p align="justify">The officer has special responsibilities to keep the ship, the people on board and the environment safe. This includes keeping the ship seaworthy during fire and loss of stability, and providing aid and maintaining safety during man overboard, abandoning ship, and medical emergencies.</p>
<p align="justify">Understanding ship&#8217;s stability, trim, stress, and the basics of ship&#8217;s construction is a key to keeping a ship seaworthy. Competencies include knowing what to do in cases of flooding and loss of buoyancy. Fire is also a constant concern. Knowing the classes and chemistry of fire, fire-fighting appliances, and systems prepares the officer to act fast in case of fire.</p>
<p align="justify">An officer must be expert in the use of survival craft and rescue boats, their launching appliances and arrangements, and their equipment including radio life-saving appliances, satellite EPIRBs, SARTs, immersion suits and thermal protective aids. It&#8217;s important to be expert in the techniques for survival at sea techniques in case it&#8217;s necessary to abandon ship.</p>
<p align="justify">Officers are trained to perform medical tasks and to follow instructions given by radio or obtained from guides. This training includes what to do in case of common shipboard accidents and illnesses.</p>

<p align="justify">Kawan &#8211; kawan..! Stop mimpi-mimpi indah dan start action. Mimpi adalah karunia Tuhan. Stop dreaming boleh &#8211; boleh aja tapi awal dari sebuah action adalah dreaming dan planning. Dreaming untuk memotifasi kita betapa indah nya sesuatu yang belum kita alami dan betapa bahagia nya bila sesuatu itu akan kita capai dan menjadi milik kita. Anda sadari hidup takan indah tanpa dreaming dan hayalan.</p>
<p align="justify">Pasti semua orang pernah bermimpi. Mimpi yang saya maksudkan adalah bukan mimpi di kala tidur tetapi mimpi yang saya maksud adalah sebuah gagasan dan keinginan sesorang. Saya ingat akan sebuah lagu yang liriknya i have a dream.. </p>

<p align="justify">Anda dan saya pasti memiliki suatu mimpi. Pertanyaan saya “ Apakah dreaming anda pernah menjadi kenyataan..? “ Maka kalimat stop dreaming start action patut anda renungkan.&#160; </p>
<p align="justify">Dreaming dan Action adalah dua kata yang memiliki hubungan yang erat. sebuah dreaming tidak bisa di capai oleh Action&#160; di karenakan ukuran action nya kecil sedangkan&#160; dreaming yang terlampau besar. Ukuran &#8211; ukuran tersebut sbenarnya hanyalah gambaran atau bayangan semu yang menghambat upaya action untuk meraih dreaming. Dreaming sbesar apa pun, anda harus tanamkan bahwa tidak ada yg kecil dan besar semuanya memiliki kapasitas yang sama tidak ada yang besar dan tidak ada yang kecil dalam ukuran kwantitas..! Mengapa saya mengatakan demikian? Saya bertanya kepada anda berapa banyak orang yang meninggal di gigit gajah.? mungkin bisa di hitung dengan jari ketimbang yang mati di gigit nyamuk.! tepapi terkadang hal seperti ini lah yang membuat anda enggan untuk start action. Sudah memikirkan bahaya tetapi sbenarnya tidak ada. Saya tidak menggampangkan sesuatu dalam segalah hal. Tapi sebuah renungan untuk kita bahwa ada kemungkinan dan peluang untuk meraih mimpi. Jadi start action sekarang atau stop mimpi anda.</p>
<p align="justify">Judul tulisan saya di atas adalah stop dreaming start action, tapi pendapat saya dari kalimat tersebut bisa menjadi start action and continue dreaming.     <br />Btw slogan ini sedang di konteskan dalam SEO iseng aja kalo berkenang pls comment donk&#8230;!</p>

<div>Company’s Bridge standing orders shall be complied.</div>

<div>The relieving officer shall report to the bridge at least 5 minutes before the hours and must ascertain the vessel’s position before the relieve officer leaves the bridge.</div>

<div>All watch keeping Officer’s should know how to operate all bridge equipment and GMDSS certificate holders should be able to send DSC message on the MF/HF radio.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Engine and steering on your disposal, do not hesitate to use whenever it’s required.</div>

<div>The OOW shall not engage the look out man in long frivolous talks.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>At a time, the 2/OF shall ensure that there is an effective look out man on duty whilst he preparing the noon report.</div>

<div>During approaches to anchorages and harbors&#8217; transit vessel’s position shall be fixed at intervals of 6 minutes, this shall include pilot passage.</div>

<div>Always take proper action to avoid collision with ample time either in open seas, channel, or fairways.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Steer the ship manually in condition of high traffic density, narrow channel and in restricted visibility.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Keep away from any floating object which endangers the vessel such as floating container, floating log and fishing net markers.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>OOW shall be aware of planned UKC, squat effects and in tidal windows in areas with the reduced Under keel clearance, planned UKC shall not be less than 1.5 meters.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>The Echo Sounder shall be operated in narrow channels and approaches to harbors&#8217;, the UKC at such shall not be less than 2 meters where the available depth of water would not permit this, Master shall be informed in ample time to enable reduction in speed to minimize the effect of squat.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Inform the master immediately if distress call is received in close proximity or when vessel in distress is sighted.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Anti piracy measures are maintained from sunset to sunrise while at sea as required, safety fire patrols are to be carried out by the relieved OOW after his watch.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Monitor movement of fast moving targets on radar and call the master is suspected to be pirate in any water whether the ship is at anchor or underway.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Never be part from the provision under the bridge procedures guide, rules of the road and this master’s standing orders.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Officers are to remember that the master is always on standby, call at anytime you are in any difficult or in any doubt, but never fail to take an action.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>These standing orders are not for window dressing purpose, Officer are to read its carry its out. Do remember that indiscipline is a kin to careless mess, which is a harbinger of accident.</div>

<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Apa itu PMS? beberapa minggu yang lalu di televisi nasional rame pemberitaan mengenai kecelakaan pesawat TNI angkatan udara kita yang berjatuhan tak berdaya. Kemudian bermunculan lah opini dan saling lempar tangung jawab. dalam perdebatan, pembicaraan yang sempat terlintas di kuping saya ketika sedang liwat di depan pesawat televisi adalah sebuah kata yang mengimpirasi saya sehingga saya menulis artikel ini adalah PEMELIHARAAN. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Pemeliharaan adalah Sebuah kata yang menurut saya sangat bermakna bagi sesuatu milik kepunyaan, property atau benda. Sehingga kata tersebut menjadi harapan bagi pemilik benda agar kalo bisa tetap berkualitas, tetap kuat tahan lama dan tetap “eksis” ujar sang empunya barang.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#ff00ff">Tetapi apalah di kata, hukum alam tidak bisa di ubah tetapi hanya bisah di minimalis pengaruhnya. Dari persaingan bersama waktu mulai dari saat material sudah di bentuk menjadi sebuah benda yang dikenal sampai dengan suatu masa dimana yang oleh para pencipta alat tersebut menamakan nya Expire. Batas waktu karena proses kimia.“Waktu melapukan Kayu” atau pun pada sebuah batas waktu di mana “besi menjadi karat” sehingga tidak layak di gunakan.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#ff00ff">Dari inspirasi tersebut, saya mencoba mengaitkannya dengan dunia kita di dunia pelayaran. Pengoperasian armada kapal laut atau merchant ships untuk berniaga di atur dalam Safety Management Code for ship yang kita kenal ISM Code adalah “Plan Maintenance system” PMS.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Di atas kapal ada dua department yaitu Deck Department dan Engine Department. kedua departemen ini yang mempunyai andil dalam implementasi ISM Code yang di terapkan oleh sebuah shipping company untuk semua armandanya. Kebetulan saya orang deck maka saya lebih memfokuskan tulisan saya terhadap “Deck Department” yang akan menjadi tanggung jawab saya. Jadi untuk mesin saya liwatkan dulu. Maaf&#160; ya. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Ok, Lansung saja kita menuju TKP (Tempat kejadian Perkara). </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Secara garis besar pemeliharan kapal untuk Deck Departement di bagi dalam dua Bagian UMUM yaitu:</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">I. HULL dan, </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">II. EQUIPMENT </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Hull adalah pemeliharaan dan perawatan kapal pada bagian utama kapal / bangunan kapal. dan Equipment adalah pemeliharaan dan perawatan kapal untuk alat-alat perlengkapan penunjang pengoperasian kapal. ( saya bahas khusus Deck Departement ).</font></p>

<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Sebetulnya pemeliharaan armada kapal ada di bawa tanggung jawab Technical Department (Office) jadi apakah kapal harus menunggu sampai waktu docking baru maintenance..??!! waktu tidak kompromi dan hukum alam tetap berjalan “waktu melapukan kayu” dan waktu dimana “Besi menjadi karat” Sehingga di buat lah sebuah system maintenance (Plan Maintenance System) untuk memastikan kondisi perlengkapan dan kapal dlm keadaan safety dan layak laut sesuai dgn procedure yang di cantumkan dlm ISM Code, oleh SOLAS 73/74. dan aturan macam-macam dah…. banyak pokoknya. kalo uda nyampe aturan2 wah,, paling bete. Terlalu serius baca jadi botak depan. kalo botak di atas seh gak masalah, di sayang. Asal jgn botak di depan aja dikira di tolak melulu., hahaha. Smoga tidak mengerti apa maksud saya.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Pokonya gak usa kaya dosen nyebutin pasal demi pasal tapi untuk kita asal di pahami saja. oh, barang atau alat ini harus di rawat sperti ini, yg itu dan lain sbagainya. Ok. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">kembali ke topik&#8230; oya, jangan anggap aku ajarin loh, aku juga popeye sperti anda. kalo ada superintendent yang baca tulisan saya pasti ketawa. hahaha. Tapi saya akan berusaha untuk mengoreksi tulisan saya untuk lebih baik.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#808000">Saya akan merangkum beberapa contekan saya mengenai PMS ini. dan selanjutnya saya akan menjabarkan pada poin nomor (II). EQUIPMENT. untuk (I). HULL nati nyusul blakangan.</font></p>

<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Tiap Minggu: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Lakukan pemeliharaan, pengecekan terhadap alat penggerak awal, (battery starting), Check kondisi battery, Check air battery, check battery charger, untuk mesin sekoci yang penggerak awalnya secara manual lakukan perawatan terhadap alat engkol dan tempatkan di tempat yang mudah di jangkau dan lakukan runing test. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Tiap 3 bulan: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Lakukan pemeliharaan, bersihkan filter DO/FO, Check kebocoran pada system, exhaust manifold. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Tiap 6 bulan: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Lakukan pemeliharaan dan pengecekan, Ganti baru Lub Oil Mesin dan Gear Box, check propeller conditions, pipa2 dan baut2 pondasi. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">30 bulan, Docking: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Open Up Survey, buka cylinder head dan bagian2 utamanya, Cabut piston dan bagian2nya, buka main bearing dan crank pin bearing, check kondisi main bearing, check kondisi crank journal, check cylinder liner, gear box, ring piston, check kondisi propeller, pipi2 dan baut fondasi. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Davits </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Tiap Minggu: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Lakukan pengetesan winch, pemeliharaan dan pengecekan. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Tiap 3 bulan: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Lakukan pemeliharaan dan pengecekan terhadap kondisi winch, Ganti baru Lub Oil dan Grease, Check Fuse dan sambungan2 kabel. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Lakukan perawatan dan pengecekan terhadap wire,block dan bearing2, embarkations ladder. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">30 bulan, dan docking: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#0000ff">Bersihkan wire dan ganti grease, wire di balik sesuai kondisinya, atau dig anti baru. Block di lancarkan dan di beri grease, check kondisi realing, Embarcation Ladder ( tangga embarkasi) , jika perlu dig anti baru.</font></p>

<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Check Expire date, periksa penutup, pastikan pada posisi yang tepat, Check Next Inspection dan di catat di laporan pemeriksaan. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Painters </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Tiap 1 bulan, 30 bulan dan docking: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Check kondisi rope apakah masih bagus. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Automatic Release </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Tiap 3 bulan, 30 bulan dan docking: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Check expire date, pastikan pada posisi yang tepat, check next inspection dan di catat di laporan pemeriksaan. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Fundations </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Tiap 1 bulan, 30 bulan dan docking: </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Check kondisi plate dan baut, ketok serta di cat.</font></p>

<div align="justify"><font color="#ff00ff">PERSONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT</font></div>
<div align="justify"><font color="#ff00ff">Life Jacket, termasuk juga Imersion switch dan Thermal protection Aid          <br />Tiap 3 bulan, docking:           <br />Periksa kondisi fisik, untuk Life Jacket &amp; Immersion switch periksa perlengkapan antara lain: pluit, lampu, expire date (check battery)recto reflector tape, Nama kapal, dan pendaftarannya. Periksa perlengkapan juga saat latihan sekoci per 1 bulan.           <br />Life Buoy           <br />Tiap 3 bulan, 30 bulan dan docking:           <br />Periksa kondisi fisik, Nama kapal dan tempat/pelabuhan pendaftaran,periksa life line, recto reflector tape, periksa tali buangan, periksa selfigniting light dan expire date.           <br />Line thorowing apparatus           <br />Tiap 1 bulan, 30 bulan dan docking:           <br />Lakukan perawatan dan lakukan pengecekan expire date.</font> </div>

<div align="justify"><font color="#808000">MAGNETIC COMPASS          <br />Tiap 3 bulan, 30 bulan, docking:           <br />Periksa dan bersihkan kaca dan bodinya, Test lampu penerangan mawar pedoman, komonikasi antara stand by compass dengan ruang komando, check air apakah ada gelembung udara,yang mengakibatkan error, check deviasi card pastikan tersedia dan di tempelkan di anjungan.</font></div>

<div align="justify"><font color="#808000">GYRO COMPASS          <br />Tiap 3 bulan, 30 bulan, docking:&#160; <br />Perikasa dan bersihkan kaca dan bodinya, test apakah berfungsi dgn baik pada seluruh systemnya, check kondisi master gyro dan repeater, test lampu</font> penerangan pembaca.</div>

<div align="justify"><font color="#000080">Tiap 3 bulan, 30 bulan, docking:&#160; <br />Bersihkan kaca dan bodinya, slalu dlm kondisi bersih, panel di atas di greasi bagian poros yang berputar. Bersihkan panel dari debu. Test apakah system berfungsi dgn baik, apabila di lengkapi dengan ARPA ( Automatic Radar Plotting Aid ) </font></div>

<div align="justify"><font color="#000080">ECHO SOUNDER          <br />Power Suply Tiap 3 bulan Lakukan pengecekan, dan perawatan instalasi dari Power Supply ke pesawat Echo Sounder.           <br />Tranduser           <br />Docking:           <br />Lakukan pengecekan, perwatan &amp; pembersihan. Perhatikan pada saat di lakukan pengecetan pada lambung.           <br />Stylus           <br />Tiap 3 bulan, Docking:           <br />Lakukan pengecekan, perwatan &amp; dan bersihkan karbon.</font></div>

<p align="justify"><font color="#000080">SPPED LOG:          <br />30 bulan, Docking dan tiap 3 bulan:           <br />Periksa dan bersihkan kaca dan bodinya, test apakah berfungsi normal atau tidak</font>.</p>

<p align="justify"><font color="#008000">RUDDER ANGLE INDICATOR:          <br />30 bulan, Docking dan tiap 3 bulan:           <br />Periksa dan bersihkan kaca dan bodinya, test lampu penerangan pembaca, cocokan penunjukan dengan gerakan steering wheel.</font></p>

<div align="justify"><font color="#008000">WIND SPEED &amp; DIRECTION INDICATOR          <br />30 bulan, Docking dan tiap 3 bulan:           <br />Periksa dan bersihkan kaca dan bodinya, test lampu penerangan pembaca, cocokan penunjukan dengan arah &amp; kecepatan angin &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;berlanjut.</font> </div>
