Managing of Notice to Marines section by section.


-Section one is described a New Chart published and to be publish. It will be the importance thing to know for a number of expired/superseded/canceled charts on board. What we call this matter at previous way is a Large Corrections. Finding a new Chart to replace old chard is a same meaning with a Large Corrections. All “New Chart published and Now Available” that written at NTM Section one must be logged at Chart correction Log (NP 133) on the section one too. So it seems to be the importance subject because Section number one is High Priority. The other requirement concerning this subject “A Chart Catalogue” is mandatory to update with NTM section one. 

-Section two is described: Geographical Index with divided by 26 zones, and each zone containing a number of chart folio which lay out in world map format at “Chart Catalogue” page X . And every single folio is containing a numerous of charts. For Smartest way to find a new chart to be requesting due to not available on board, is only sorting a folio number that ever recorded at section one at NP 133.
And the other items were; Index of Notices and Chart folios, Index of Chart Affected, T &amp; P notices and Miscellaneous updated to Charts (in text format not in a chart tracing).

-Section Three is described:  Reprints of Radio Navigational Warning. The Navigational warning is earlier broadcast from NAVTEX, ECG Sat-C and FEC which still in force and recapitulate weekly at NTM. Collecting and monitoring in a file book must be done on board.

-Section Four is described; Amendments to Sailing Direction.
This section is a complex way but easy to do as well. Most of PSC inspector on board giving a question: How do you reed a sailing direction correctly and acceptably?

-Section Five is described; Amendments to Admiralty List of Light and Fog Signal.
This section is too simply handling but a long time, the correction is just crop notices and paste/stick directly into the page of the book.
 
-Section Six is described; Amendments to Admiralty List of Radio Signal.
This section is primary option/urgent to make correction. To make a passage plan this books is a very importance to give information for pilotage, VTS, Port entry procedure and etc.</description>
